What will you be doing?
We are occupational therapists, and we set up OT Outdoors CIC so we can use our skills to support people to thrive through connection with the natural world. We have recently been awarded a Quartet Grant to fund a pilot project we are running this spring/ summer for young people with support needs to develop skills and confidence on a working farm in Northeast Somerset. We need more funding to keep this project going and help to identify and the best funding opportunities and write bids. We have lots of ideas for more projects/social enterprises on this farm and to expand our company, and we need more funding to make this happen! If you are interested in helping us with fundraising we would love to hear from you! We anticipate this role would require between 5 and 15 hours a month.

What difference will you make?
Having somebody with the relevant expertise to support us with fundraising will enable us to focus our time and energy on helping people with health and social care needs to benefit from the therapeutic power of nature. You will be providing a much needed service in the not-for-profit sector, helping to provide opportunities to disadvantaged communities and create innovation within health and social care.
