What will you be doing?

What you’ll do: You’ll support the development and optimisation of our Salesforce CRM to meet the evolving needs of our expanding team. This could include refining existing processes, building custom objects or fields, improving reporting dashboards, automating workflows, or advising on data structure and security. We’re particularly interested in working with someone who can:

Review and refine our existing Salesforce setup Advise our team on how to integrate Salesforce input as part of their day-to-day Build or improve integrations and automations that save time for frontline and operational staff Create user-friendly dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making Offer guidance and suggestions as we grow and collect more complex data

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a confident and capable Salesforce user or developer with a passion for using tech for good. You don’t need to be a certified consultant, but experience working with Salesforce in a customisation or admin capacity is essential. You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in Salesforce development, customisation, or administration Familiarity with building reports, dashboards, and process automations Understanding of data structure, user access management, and system scalability A logical, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills The ability to work independently and suggest improvements A commitment to helping charities operate more efficiently and impactfully Experience of using Salesforce in the Policy & Public Affairs space (or a similar non-financial area)

What difference will you make?

Your skills will be pivotal in building the technical infrastructure that supports our organisation through a period of rapid growth. By improving our Salesforce system, you’ll help reduce admin time for our finance and fundraising teams—freeing up capacity to focus on service delivery, partnerships, and fundraising to support more families. We are also considering the use of Salesforce to track out relationships in a policy and public affairs space (with parliamentarians, public officials, advocates, etc) which we currently don’t use Salesforce for. This comes at a critical moment: as we expand our services and team, we need robust systems that can keep up with our ambitions. Your work will ensure we’re equipped to collect and analyse the data that underpins our effectiveness, accountability, and funding success—for the long term. In short, you’ll be helping us scale smarter, faster, so we can protect more babies and support more families experiencing domestic abuse.
