What will you be doing?
Responsibilities
Leads the Foundations’s overall efforts to recruit, retain, and engage membership. Collaborates with the Senior Director of Business Development, department staff, and key members to: Create a roadmap for sustainable membership growth. Establish short- and long-range plans and goals to achieve organization membership objectives. Outline a data-driven member engagement, retention, and recruitment strategy and implementation plan. Develop strategies and programs to stimulate member engagement as a means of membership renewal. Identify opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance member benefits and services offered by the Foundation. Develop strategies to measure and strengthen member engagement.
The role is a Digital Role so you can work remotely from home.
What are we looking for?
This is a highly rewarding and varied role, and we particularly encourage applicants with an extensive background in Membership or Constituent Management.. Minimum 5 yrs experience To apply for the role applicants must be sympathetic to the aims and objectives of Grae Matta Foundation and ideally have some experience of ill mental health with themselves or close friends and family.

The Grae Matta Foundation is creating "Real Change" and we are doing that by creating Mental Health Standards & Policy. The task ahead is immense and has never been done before. But with the right team, anything is possible.
