What will you be doing?
Are you a confident public speaker who would like to deliver engaging talks at schools to raise awareness of our charity and inspire schools to support us? We are looking for reliable individuals who are able to commit to regular engagement with us, ideally by delivering x 4 assemblies per month (however we can offer flexibility within the role and individual availability can be discussed). Talks generally take around 20 minutes (full training will be given and equipment provided), and only happen during term time. Due to the travel required for this role, having your own means of transport is essential. Previous experience of speaking in front of a group is required, you will be provided with all the training and tools you need for this specific presentation delivery. You will also be paired up with a buddy whilst you learn the ropes and become confident to deliver the talks yourself. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
