Assistant Head Housekeeper

As an Assistant Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the housekeeping management team to deliver the highest quality Guest Experience. You will help organize daily operations, ensuring the department runs efficiently and smoothly, and deputize for the Head Housekeeper when needed.

The Role: In this role, your key responsibilities will include being a role model of WildLand Leadership and Teamwork, supporting the delivery of a consistently high standard housekeeping service to all our properties, and actively participating in maintaining a productive, supportive way of working. You will align you and your team with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements, partner with Front of House and Chef Team to enhance the overall guest experience, identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience, and fulfill the Front of House function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
