Role Summary
- Assistant People Manager responsible for all human resources aspects at our factory site.
- The job involves a broad range of tasks, from running engagement surveys to organizing staff social events.
Role Requirements
- Must have experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a factory environment.
- Possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and have experience using HRIS.
- Must have a solid understanding of UK employment law and be highly organized, enjoying the implementation of efficient systems.

The Role We're looking for an Assistant People Manager to look after all aspects of human resources at our Deliciously Ella factory site. The role will be on site five days a week and will be a generalist role, getting involved in everything from running our engagement survey to organising regular social events for our staff.
Job Requirements You are an experienced HR generalist and have ideally worked in a factory setting. You have used an HRIS before and you have good excel and powerpoint skills. You are organised and enjoy implementing processes that ensure the factory runs efficiently and maintains a high level of performance. You have a strong level of understanding of UK employment law.
