The Role As a Quality Controller on the AM shift at our factory near Milton Keynes, you will be responsible for continuous lineside checking of product and process to ensure products manufactured are to the highest food safety and quality standards. Your tasks will include conducting and recording continuous product quality and safety focused audits, implementing corrective actions, auditing lineside production paperwork for on-time accuracy and completion, conducting product sampling, performing product seal and label checks, and signing off when required. You will also participate in taste panels, manage incidents such as glass breakage and metal incidents, and support the wider quality team with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions where deviations have been observed to occur.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone with similar experience within the food manufacturing industry. You should have good written and oral communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work as part of a team. Time management skills are essential, and having HACCP Level 2 and Food Safety Level 2 is desirable.
