What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and implement team strategies and SMART goals, aligned with the organisation’s mission and audience needs  Work closely with the Education Content Team and the Research, Data & Evidencing Team to ensure workshop materials hit their objectives  Build, mentor, and lead your team, ensuring clarity of roles and positive contributions toward team goals, identifying training and resources to help them thrive  Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with schools and strategic partners who share CFK’s values  Encourage your team to explore new partnership opportunities with local organisations  Manage projects from design to delivery, including objectives, resources, timelines, risks, and reporting  Oversee the design and delivery of school interventions, tracking baseline and post-intervention metrics to see the impact  Run post-intervention debriefs, share key takeaways with CFK Leadership, partners, and internal teams, and make sure follow-up actions happen  Collaborate with internal teams, including Content, Research, Marketing & Communications, and with external partners to maximise impact  Represent the team positively in meetings, making sure all activities follow our policies, branding, and values 

What are we looking for?

What We’re Looking For 

Experience working with children, teachers, and parents in school settings  Background in education, health, sport, or related areas (teaching, coaching, or similar experience is desirable)  Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience guiding teams  Excellent project management and organisational skills  Clear and confident communicator, written, verbal, and visual, with fluency in English  Able to build relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders  Passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and improving public health for children and teens  Enjoys teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement  Commitment to volunteer for at least 5–6 hours per week on average (flexible across weeks) for the duration of the project (2+ years)  Based in or able to travel to potential intervention sites in West Sussex/East Hampshire or Greater Manchester (desirable but not essential)
