We're now The King's Trust. We've changed our name from The Prince's Trust to The King’s Trust. This change marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we hope you'll continue supporting us to transform young lives.

The role entails being part of the coolest team in town, collaborating with our Outreach and Marketing legends and our friendly customer service team here at The King's Trust. You'll be responsible for a group of young people, for one-on-one support and guidance or just gently pointing them in the right direction. You'll be on a mission to assist with travel expenses and find clever ways to handle their other commitments.

Job requirements include keeping meticulous records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners. It's all about making sure every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems so that it complies with our funding contracts.

Benefits include a great holiday package, flexible working, in-house learning platform, benefits platform, fantastic family leave, interest-free season ticket loans, Cycle-to-Work Scheme, and generous life assurance cover.

We are a massive advocate of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion so it would be amazing if you could lead the charge in creating an environment where everyone feels seen, by implementing a local action plan that supports our big-picture EDI goals.

We’re a Stonewall Diversity Champion and we are an employer that is Disability Confident. Our staff, volunteers and young people are supported by KT CAN (our Cultural Awareness Network), KT GEN (Gender Equality Network), KT DAWN (Disability & Wellbeing Network) and PULSE (LGBTQIA+ Network).

The King's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. As part of this commitment, we undertake basic disclosure checks by the Codes of Practice for all roles within the Trust, and for our roles working directly with young people, at an enhanced level. Having a criminal record will not automatically exclude applicants.
