What will you be doing?
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to manage and develop content for our social media platforms. Your work will play a key role in increasing our engagement, improving our reach, and supporting our campaigns, events, and activities. Key Responsibilities:
Create fresh and engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Contribute to a social media plan and content calendar. Monitor social media activity, provide regular evaluations, and suggest new trends or tools to be explored. Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers. Engage with our followers, respond to comments, and encourage interaction. Manage and maintain social media channels on a regular basis. Create branded content and promotional materials. Support marketing campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives. Use creative skills to devise competitions and interactive strategies to boost engagement.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for social media, digital marketing, and community engagement. The ideal volunteer will have: Skills & Experience:
Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices. Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and written posts). Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Canva or similar. Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track engagement and performance. Experience in event promotion and online community engagement is a plus.
Qualities:
Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Passionate about arts, culture, and community projects. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Your input will shape how we present ourselves to our visitors, service users, and supporters. Your help and expertise will enable us to grow, explore new possibilities, and find innovative ways to connect with our audience. With your help, we will be able to reach more audiences including potential donors, volunteers and service users.
