Volunteer Admin role with Alumah, a charity that supports adults, young people and children who experience domestic abuse.

What will you be doing?

The role involves making initial contact with clients, explaining programmes we offer, entering data, liaising with staff, sending and collating pre and post programme questionnaires. The volunteer must attend our office based in Brandon Suffolk to carry out this role. 

What are we looking for?

Experience of Microsoft Office and databases desired. Experience of managing own workload, entering information onto a database, completing administration tasks in a timely manner and customer service skills. Good communication and the ability to show empathy and understanding.

Through Alumah, you will help and support young people and children in recognising abusive relationships, how to stay safe and break the chains of abuse; ensuring they build positive relationships with their family and friends.
