What will you be doing?
The role involves making initial contact with clients, explaining programmes we offer, entering data, liaising with staff, sending and collating pre and post programme questionnaires. The volunteer must attend our office based in Brandon Suffolk to carry out this role.
What are we looking for?
Experience of Microsoft Office and databases desired. Experience of managing own workload, entering information onto a database, completing administration tasks in a timely manner and customer service skills. Good communication and the ability to show empathy and understanding.
