حول منظمة هالو (HALO Trust):

أُطلق برنامج هالو في سوريا عام 2016، ويتم تنسيقه من خلال مكاتبها في عمّان بالأردن، وداخل سوريا. تنفذ المنظمة مشاريعها في سوريا بالشراكة مع منظمات غير حكومية وطنية، بالإضافة إلى مكتب ميداني تابع لها في كفر كرمين بمحافظة إدلب. وتشمل الأنشطة الحالية في سوريا عمليات التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة (EOD)، والمسح غير التقني (NTS)، إلى جانب برامج التوعية بمخاطر الذخائر المتفجرة (EORE).

الوصف الوظيفي والمتطلبات ل عضو فريق ازالة ذخائر غير منفجرة عضو فريق مسح غير تقني - هالو سوريا - درعا :  

• المساعدة في  إجراءات التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة / المسح غير التقني الضرورية .
• المساعدة في اعمال تحديد تأشير و رسم الخرائط والإبلاغ عن جميع الأجسام من مخلفات الحرب ، والمناطق الخطرة المشتبه فيها ، والمناطق الخطرة المؤكدة لإدخالها في قاعدة البيانات الوطنية.
• اتباع جميع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية أثناء تنفيذ مهام التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة/ المسح غير التقني .

 الحفاظ على إتصال دائم ومباشر مع غرفة العمليات. 

• التقيد بكافة التوجيهات الصادرة من قائد الفريق/مساعد قائد الفريق في حال غياب قائد الفريق .

HALO's Syria Program: HALO's program in Syria was established in 2016 and is coordinated from offices in Amman, Jordan, and Syria. HALO conducts its projects in Syria through national NGO partners and a HALO Field Office in Kelli, Idleb. Current projects in Syria include Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Non-Technical Survey (NTS), and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE). 

Job Description and Requirements:
The role involves assisting in the necessary Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Non-Technical Survey (NTS) procedures. The candidate will support the identification, marking, mapping, and reporting of all explosive remnants of war (ERW), including suspected and confirmed hazardous areas, to ensure they are accurately entered into the national database. All tasks must be carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to EOD and NTS activities. The role also requires maintaining constant and direct communication with the Operations Room and adhering to all instructions issued by the Team Leader or, in their absence, the Deputy Team Leader.

Requirements

• شهادة ثانوية عامة أو أعلى. 

امتلاك مهارات أساسية قوية، تشمل:

• حل المشكلات.
• القدرة على التخطيط، وتحديد الأولويات، وتنفيذ المهام بشكل مستقل ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة. 
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي. 
• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط في الميدان

  المعايير المفضلة: 

• خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنة في قطاع المنظمات غير الحكومية (NGO). 
• مستوى جيد في الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية. 
• إثبات كفاءة جيدة في استخدام Microsoft Excel وتطبيقات Microsoft Office  
• خبرة في المسح غير التقني للمخلفات الحربية 
• خبرة في العمل الميداني.

High school diploma or higher.

Analytical thinking

Problem-solving

Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks independently within set timeframes.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure in the field.

Desirable Criteria:

1 to 2 years of experience in the NGO sector.

Good level of spoken and written English.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in non-technical survey of explosive remnants of war.

Experience in fieldwork
