THE ROLE As a Supply Chain Executive at MOJU, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Customer Supply Chain operations. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our operations timetable, managing relationships with our Third Party Logistics (3PL) partners, and making sure our products always land exactly where they need to be – on time and in full. You’ll also work cross functionally – from sales to marketing – to help deliver key projects and keep MOJU blazing trails.
JOB REQUIREMENTS You will bring 2-3 years experience in supply chain or operations, experience of logistics and order processing within an FMCG environment, exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst prioritising effectively, great at developing strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally, an aptitude and drive for problem solving, and ability to think differently when finding solutions, solid IT skills particularly Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and ERP systems. Knowledge of the Netsuite ERP system and experience in demand or supply planning would be amazing.
