Role Summary:

We are Battersea, a charity that aims to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. We provide each one with love, expert care, and get to know their characters and quirks so we can find them a new home that’s just right for them. We are currently looking for a new Feline Behaviour & Training Advisor to join our team at Old Windsor.

The role involves working with our operational teams in the best practice management of cats, including welfare and temperament assessments. You will also support in the provision of behavioural and welfare training and expert guidance for staff, volunteers, and customers. This role is based in our Old Windsor Centre and involves a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.

Job requirements include resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role.
