Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. We are on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses make purchases. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process, giving employees an easy place to make requests, managing the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made, and automating all renewals management & supplier risk assessments.
As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for driving pipeline through unforgettable in-person and virtual experiences. You will join our commercial team to plan, coordinate, and execute events across our key markets in Europe and the US. This role requires you to be as comfortable pitching our product as you are planning the logistics. You will work closely with the entire GTM team and report directly to our CCO.
Job requirements include 3–5 years of experience driving pipeline generation through events, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment where you owned both strategy and execution. You should be a natural organiser and operator, an exceptional communicator, customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial. This role involves frequent travel across Europe and the US to bring our events to life.
