In your role as a Navigation Performance End-to-End Engineer, you will be reporting directly to the head of the Signal-in-Space Engineering Unit.

Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in GNSS navigation signal quality, performance evaluation, and integration
- Understanding of navigation payload and on-board clock technology
- Knowledge of space systems engineering and architectures
- Degree in either aerospace or electrical engineering, mathematics or physics
- Proficiency in English or French, with knowledge of another Member State language viewed as a bonus
- Eligibility to access information subject to European or US export control and sanctions regulations
- Ability to acquire security clearance as per national security administrations
As Navigation Performance End-to-End Engineer, you will report to the Head of the Signal-in-Space Engineering Unit, with principal responsibility for tasks relating to navigation performance (UNCLA and CLA) for Galileo navigation services, their implementation and verification.
Your duties will include: Navigation performance verification and validation, Navigation performance validation during the G2 IOV phase, Navigation performance service declaration, Navigation performance engineering, Technical requirement management, Coordination activities.
Technical competencies required include: General background and specific experience in the technical domains covered by the position, Experience in GNSS navigation signal quality and performance evaluation, Experience in integration, validation and verification processes, Experience of navigation performance budgeting and compliance, Understanding of navigation payload and on-board clock technology, Knowledge of space systems engineering and architectures, Ability to coordinate disciplinary and inter-disciplinary groups of experts.
A master's degree in aerospace or electrical engineering, mathematics or physics is required for this post.
