We’re building the go-to platform for real football fans—a centralised home where trusted and passionate supporters can share their voices, insights, and emotions without being drowned out by pundits or fragmented across social media. Our mission is to amplify the perspectives of those who live and breathe the game, and to create a space where genuine fan sentiment drives the conversation. This is a really exciting opportunity to join the founding team and be a really important part of driving our success. 

The role 

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on growing our brand and community. This is an early hire with a huge opportunity for you to grow with us: you’ll shape our marketing strategy, build campaigns, and help us reach football fans across the UK and beyond. You’ll work directly with the founders to define voice, create partnerships, drive growth, hire the team and help launch something truly fan-first.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the marketing strategy to launch and grow the business; working closely with (and helping to hire!) our content, social and digital teams to hit our growth targets.
  • Grow and engage our community on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Work closely with our community manager to build the community on our own platform.
  • Use existing tools and set up regular reporting to track and optimise performance
  • Craft our tone of voice and brand identity, and work across all our teams to ensure that it is consistently applied
  • Work in conjunction with the content team and with fanalysts, influencers, and brand partners to ensure we keep engagement high.
  • Build out additional resources across marketing, whether that’s inhouse hiring and team management or outsourcing and agencies.

About You

  • You have 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally for an app or brand in the digital community space
  • You’re a self-starter who can own campaigns end-to-end
  • You’re fluent in social media, content strategy, and community building
  • You have a good eye for design and storytelling
  • You’re analytical and data-informed
  • You love football or understand fan culture and what makes supporters tick

Details

  • This is a full-time role based in London. Our office is in Soho and we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office at least 3 days a week.
