The Role

We’re looking for a Fanalyst Talent Manager to identify, recruit, and manage the most passionate and influential football fans to our platform. Think of it like casting for the real voices of football—fans who live and breathe the game and can represent their clubs with authenticity, energy, and insight. You’ll lead the end-to-end journey: scouting and interviewing standout fans, onboarding them into our platform, and acting as their day-to-day point of contact. You’ll also manage their public-facing opportunities—making sure the right fan is front and centre in PR, media, and partnership opportunities. You’ll be their internal agent, advocate, and partner in creating content that resonates with football culture.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit top fans across clubs through interviews, online scouting, and referrals
  • Design and lead a structured casting/interview process to vet and onboard fan talent
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value users, ensuring they feel supported and valued
  • Guide top fans on how to create compelling content in the app and promote it on social platforms
  • Work closely with Marketing, Social, and PR teams to match fans with media or event opportunities
  • Coordinate fan appearances on TV, podcasts, panels, and other high-visibility platforms
  • Track the performance and engagement of top fans and regularly check in on their needs
  • Provide feedback and coaching to help fans improve their content, presence, and impact
  • Help shape the broader fan ambassador program and contribute to our community growth strategy

About You

  • You have experience in casting, talent scouting, community building, or influencer management
  • You understand football fan culture and know how to spot someone with genuine passion and presence
  • You’re a great interviewer—curious, empathetic, and able to make people feel comfortable and open
  • You’ve managed creators, ambassadors, or public-facing talent before and know how to keep them motivated and aligned
  • You’re well-organised and thrive on relationship management
  • You’re excited about building a fan-first media brand and believe in the power of authentic voices
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in media, casting, sport, entertainment, or PR

This is a full-time role based in London. Based between our offices in Hammersmith and Soho, we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office at least 3 days a week.
