About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to help bring our brand to life across platforms. You’ll be the voice of the fans on social—creating, scheduling, and engaging with content that resonates deeply with football supporters. This is a hands-on role where creativity, speed, and understanding football culture are key. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and content team to grow and energise our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
- Create short-form content, memes, graphics, and polls in line with brand tone.
- Monitor trending football news, memes, and fan conversations to keep content relevant
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions. Ensure our social platforms are a respectful and tolerant place to be.
- Work with creators and our super-fans to share and amplify user-generated content
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on engagement data
- Support in planning and executing social campaigns for product updates, features, and launches
About You
- You live and breathe football Reddit/TikTok/Instagram/Twitter/X – you know what fans are talking about before it trends
- You’re fast, witty, and have a sharp sense of humour that fits fan culture, you’re comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it.
- Ideally you’ve managed social channels for a brand, community, or personal project
- You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express to create engaging content
- You’re organised, consistent, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time role based in London. Our office is in Soho and we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office at least 3 days a week.
