What will you be doing?
Tasks include:
Representing the team within XRUK, and asking another member of the team to attend when you are not available. Communicating the work of XRUK to the team. Reporting on the health of this team to the wider movement. Taking issues that can’t be resolved in the team to the appropriate teams. Exchanging information with other teams.
You will be fully supported by the established members of Healthy Teams.
What are we looking for?
You will need a minimum of three years experience in the field of communications or team coordination / management and / or in strategic development and planning. You will be working alongside the Team Guide [known as the Internal Coordinator within Exinction Rebellion] identifying goals, objectives, and actions to achieve the team mandate and work within the current XRUK 2025/26 strategy. Essential Skills: Proactive, organised and a good communicator Desired Skills (training and support is available): Knowledge of:-
