Event Production Assistant

Rates: £170/day onsite. 

Dates: 20 days onsite between 12th Aug - 5th Sept. 

Location: A beautiful heritage pine forest near Sevenoaks, Kent

Food/Accom: Onsite accommodation & catering

Your responsibilities

Onsite build/break management assistance, helping to ensure we keep to the production schedule.

Assisting with live event management & delivery, ensuring events run smoothly & punctually.

Assisting the Production Manager & Co-ordinator with build/break tasks, helping the Site Office and Accreditation Manager where required.

Assisting with security, gates & traffic management briefings.

Supporting suppliers, contractors and site crew.

Your skills & experience

Delivery of outdoor events.

Experience working with onsite teams and varied suppliers.

Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure.

Desirable skills & experience

Experience of working with event management software 

Driving Licence

First Aid Certificate

Health & Safety Qualification (such as IOSH)
