Role Summary:
- Drive educational projects targeting early years sector in collaboration with Young V&A and other partners
- Enhance creative confidence and learning opportunities for very young children and their parents
- Implement family engagement and outreach activities.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing educational projects, preferably in the early years sector
- Understand and appreciate creative and cultural learning
- Experience in outreach and family engagement strategies

The Role We are seeking an educational project manager with an understanding of the early years sector and a passion for creative and cultural learning. With experience in supporting outreach, multi-organisation collaboration and family engagement, the Creative Start Project Manager will work with Young V&A and partners across the Thames Gateway region, to deliver activity that will build creative confidence and support new learning opportunities for very young children and their parents/carers.
