Treeapp is on a mission to restore the planet, one business partnership at a time. We’ve already planted 5+ million trees across 20 countries, and now we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help scale our B2B partnerships and grow our revenue.
You’ll be joining one of the fastest-growing startups in the climate-tech space, working alongside our co-founder to bring in exciting new clients, from scale ups to global brands. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and wants your work to contribute to a greener future, this is the role for you.
What you'll do:
- Lead on outreach, pitching and closing new business partnerships
- Identify, build and generate lists of prospects aligned with our mission
- Nurture long-term client relationships and upsell existing accounts
- Represent Treeapp with passion and professionalism
- Help shape and grow a high-impact, high-energy sales function
You’ll love this role if you are:
- A self-starter with at least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Familiar with sales intelligence platforms and CRM tools like Hubspot
- Relentless in following up, re-engaging leads, and closing deals
- Passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference
- Outgoing, optimistic, and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
