Join the Museum's International Partnerships team and help shape our global collaborations. As International Partnerships Manager, you'll coordinate and manage international strategic partnerships, support cross-Museum activity, and represent the Museum in international forums and partner meetings. You'll play a key role in delivering impactful international projects, building global relationships, and ensuring our partnerships align with the Museum's vision and public engagement goals.

Key areas of responsibility include coordinating and delivering the Museum's international partnership projects, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Develop and support the Museum's international partnerships strategy, aligning work with organisational priorities. Work across curatorial, collections and communications teams to initiate, map and share international activity. Monitor and evaluate the impact of international partnerships, producing insights and recommendations for senior leaders. Represent the Museum at international meetings, conferences and partner forums, maintaining strong relationships and professional diplomacy.

We're looking for someone with experience delivering public-facing or multi-disciplinary projects, ideally involving international or cultural collaboration. You'll be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and cultures, influence without direct authority, and work diplomatically with partners around the world. Highly organised and proactive, you'll manage projects to time, budget and standard, bringing people together behind shared goals.
