The Role

Role Requirements
- Prior experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or Corporate Development
- Prior experience in fundraising / M&A processes
- High level of proficiency in financial modelling and ability to build a business plan
- Motivated, self-starting, excellent communicator and problem-solving abilities

The Role The Corporate Strategy & Development team is responsible for leading on all fundraising activity, ensuring the business has a clear long term capital plan, leading on all investor relations activities, supporting on longer-term strategic thinking and any new product or geo launches, and leading on any M&A opportunities, from initial analysis through to execution and implementation. We’re looking for an Analyst to join the team. This role will have the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of Marshmallow, and benefit from a great level of exposure to the leadership team (SLT) and external investors along the way.
Job Requirements You have prior experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or Corporate Development. You have prior experience working on fundraising / M&A processes. You have a very high level of proficiency in financial modelling and are able to build a business plan from scratch. You are a motivated, self-starter who thrives and enjoys solving problems. You are an excellent communicator, who would enjoy managing a wide range of stakeholders from across the business. You enjoy tackling ambiguous problems with a limited amount of guidance.
