Role Summary:

  • Manage relationships with partners, including government departments, financial organisations, and tech start-ups.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of strategic educational programmes to clients.
  • Handle day-to-day communications and align expectations with each client.
  • Create and share quarterly impact reports, gather and act on client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing role such as account management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Can juggle multiple projects at once, paying strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using data and feedback for decision-making and results improvement.
  • Familiar with HubSpot or another CRM system, with experience in recruitment or education industries being a plus.

We’ve already helped more than 200,000 women learn to code and by working with companies globally, we’re boosting employability, diversity and social mobility, transforming local economies and communities. Our aim is to provide one million opportunities for women to learn to code and participate in the industry in the next five years, becoming the world’s first EdTech unicorn dedicated to women.

THE ROLE As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional account management to a diverse range of partners, from large financial organisations and government departments to innovative tech start-ups. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with clients, ensuring their strategic educational programmes are delivered smoothly and effectively. You will manage communications, align expectations and track delivery goals with each client. A key part of your role will be creating and sharing quarterly impact reports, gathering and acting on client feedback and identifying opportunities for account growth and renewal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in a client/customer facing role, e.g., account management. Strong relationship building skills with a proactive, solutions focused mindset. Excellent communication skills, with a warm, confident and approachable presentation style. Experience managing multiple projects at once, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using data and feedback to drive decision-making and improve results. Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM system is a plus. Experience in recruitment or education providers or other similar industries is a plus.

BENEFITS Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + commission. Annual leave: 20 days + 7 days over Christmas + 1 Special Occasion Day (+ 8 bank holiday days). Parental leave: 16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks full pay for the secondary caregiver. Flexible working: Our working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm. Opportunity to work from abroad for up to 90 days a year.
