Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, making it easier and more efficient. We're looking for a Community & Events Lead to join our commercial team.
The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events across our key markets in Europe and the US. This includes executive dinners, customer breakfasts, roundtables, conferences, and webinars. You'll also be responsible for pitching our product, assessing the potential of an event to generate pipeline, and being a key voice in our GTM engine.
Job requirements include 5-8 years of experience driving pipeline generation through events, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. You should be a natural organiser and operator, an exceptional communicator, customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and excited by international travel.
We offer a performance-based bonus tied to both pipeline generated and overall company revenue, with uncapped upside. We also operate as a meritocracy, and the right person will progress quickly.
