Since 2016, Unsettled has taken over 5.000 participants on a journey that’s allowed them an intentional pause to think more deeply about the question “What’s next for me?”

The process behind Unsettled has brought us to 35+ countries. Won us awards from the United Nations and recognition from publications like The New York Times. We ask the big questions, but we don’t prescribe one-size-fits-all answers or solutions.

About the Programme

What is The Unsettled Collective?

More than 5,000 purpose-driven professionals have been part of Unsettled's global travel community and retreats for remote and independent workers since 2016. Now they're launching the Unsettled Collective, year-long, virtual program and community for those serious about building the future they want. The Founding Members will take part in the program as well as shape the future of this exciting and purpose-driven network from the ground up.

Whether you’re transitioning out of a traditional career or redefining what success means to you, this community provides the time, space, and structure you need to ignite your creative spirit, find your rhythm, and adventure into the unknown.

Schedule

Become a Founding Member before Tuesday July 15th. The Unsettled Collective officially begins in August.

August is about laying the foundations for the journey ahead. In your first month in The Collective, you’ll define your personal mission statement for the journey ahead, meet your fellow members from around the world, and join the first Guest Speaker Session that you helped us select. 

September is where the magic unfolds through continued rituals and routines. Welcome to a full month of programming, where we put structure around your biggest goals. We bring in guest speakers on topics like financial freedom and host Q4 Planning Sessions to help you set goals and track what matters most. We also hold monthly Accountability Check-ins—casual but focused sessions to keep you grounded, supported, and moving forward.
