What will you be doing?
We're looking for an individual with creativity and attention to detail to help us deliver the following:
Create flexible and workable templates to be used across social media and in printed designs Regular social media content to help advertise our newly opened practice room for DJ's at any point in their careers Posters, flyers and other printed materials to spread the word about Address and it's activity To generate engaging content, written, visual and audio, to be used across social media To engage with the people that we work with and the events that we host to understand the organisation and generate organic and authentic content which shares the voices of those who attend our events
This post holder will work closely with the two co-directors, Jacob and Hannah, as well as our resident DJ's and other people within the Address community. As a newly established organisation we're keen to remain flexible around the key outputs, allowing for the post holder to be creative to their approach to the deliverables listed above and visually communicate the organisation's mission in a visual way

We're interested to hearing from people who: Understand our core aims and ethos Have a passion for community building through electronic music Appreciate the value of nightlife culture and how facilitating inclusive, diverse spaces can help this culture thrive Are confident and experienced in reaching new audiences Are visual storytellers, able to develop and work within brand guidelines Have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt their approach when working with a variety of people

Your input will help us reach new audiences, challenge preconceptions of nightlife culture and electronic music while supporting creative people. We're interested in exploring areas of untapped potential such as local artist development, archiving local electronic music history, funding locally produced events and building a diverse and layered electronic music scene in Southampton.
