Role Summary
- Take leadership of regional strategy as maternity cover, optimising campaign performance for USA and Canada.
- Boost online visibility, traffic and conversions, with a special focus on SEO, GEO, and PPC.
- Work in sync with global teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Energise content opportunities in collaboration with a copywriter, devising innovative ideas to distinguish our brand in a crowded market.

The role: This maternity cover contract is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and analytics and is excited to take ownership of regional strategy while working closely with our global teams. You will play a key role in driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions across the USA and Canada. With a strong focus on SEO, GEO, and PPC, you will lead the execution and optimization of campaigns from a North American perspective, ensuring they are tailored to our regional audiences while remaining aligned with global brand and performance standards. You'll also play a key role in shaping content opportunities alongside our copywriter, bringing forward creative, insight-led ideas that help our brand stand out in a competitive landscape.
Job requirements: It is essential that your application demonstrates: You are a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data and turning insights into action. You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, with a solid understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and performance drivers. You are knowledgeable in SEO and content strategy, with the ability to identify opportunities and collaborate effectively with copywriters to create content that performs. You are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving campaign performance. You are a creative thinker who brings forward new ideas and approaches and can translate insights into compelling campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.
