Your role: As a Sales Associate, you will support our mission to save our home planet by creating positive experiences for customers and engaging in community activism. You will act as a brand advocate, both inside and outside our Berlin store, which supports local environmental groups through donations, volunteers, advocacy, and events.
Main tasks include welcoming and assisting customers, understanding their needs, sharing knowledge of our products and core sports, and contributing to the store's success through various operations.
What we're looking for: We seek an inclusive individual with a passion for environmental conservation, strong service experience, and the ability to work well in a team. Fluency in English and German is required, and experience in the retail or outdoor industry is a plus.
