What will you be doing?

What You Will Be Doing:At BabyCare Reach, we are dedicated to empowering families and fostering community support. We collect and distribute essential items for mothers and families in need, while hosting engaging events that uplift and connect our community. We need a highly motivated and passionate Events Lead to take charge of our event planning and execution.   In this role, you will: 

Plan, manage, and oversee a variety of community events, including our Family Fun Day, Cinema Under the Stars, and workshops that empower mothers.  Collaborate closely with our Events Manager and team members to develop innovative event concepts while ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.  Lead fundraising events that raise awareness and support our mission, directly impacting the families we serve.  Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and community partners to enhance our events and reach a wider audience.  Empower and guide a team of volunteers to ensure dynamic and successful event outcomes.

What are we looking for?

A creative thinker with a passion for event planning and community engagement.  Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.  A proactive team player who is enthusiastic and adaptable in a dynamic environment.  Experience in event planning and fundraising is essential, along with a passion for our mission.
