What are we looking for?
We are seeking trustees with diverse skills and experience to help guide the strategic direction of our Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The ideal candidates will bring expertise in Education – Knowledge of school leadership, curriculum, and pedagogy across different phases Secondary, Primary & Early Years – Understanding the challenges and opportunities at each stage of education HR & People Management – Expertise in staff recruitment, leadership development, and employment law Legal & Compliance – Knowledge of governance, statutory regulations, and safeguarding requirements Business & Finance – Skills in financial oversight, sustainability, and operational management.
