The Homecharge Operations Coordinator role sits within the heart of our Central Operations who focus on installing and maintaining chargepoints throughout the UK. You will be responsible for planning & scheduling multiple Domestic chargepoint installations within a set region at the same time, monitoring lead times whilst maintaining customer satisfaction, quoting for any additional works which may fall outside of our ‘standard installation’ package, managing the phone lines for any Domestic Operations enquiries and building and maintaining strong relationships with the Pod Point Field Team.
We are looking for someone who is able to remain calm under pressure and make super quick decisions to solve any problems that may arise, technically minded and able to pick up electrical jargon and systems easily, great at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and comfortable working with numbers and data.
