Omnea is a rapidly growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. We are transforming how enterprises manage trillions in annual supplier relationships. As our founding dedicated Engineering Talent Partner, you will have the rare opportunity to contribute to shaping how we attract and hire world-class engineering talent.
The role entails owning the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing through to process management, offer and close. You will partner with our VP Engineering and engineering leadership to refine our hiring strategy for scaling from 25 to 50+ engineers. You will also create the playbook for technical interviewing to balance rigour with delightful candidate experience.
Job requirements include 5+ years recruiting engineers at high-growth startups or tech companies, track record of hiring for our modern tech stacks (we use TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS), and ability to credibly discuss technical requirements with engineering leaders. Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies, building diverse engineering teams in competitive markets, and active in London tech communities are nice-to-haves.
