Role Summary
- You will report to the Commercial Controller – Impulse & New Business.
- Your main task will be nurturing and leading MOJU’s Wholesale & Contract Catering business.
- You'll develop relationships with existing customers like National & Specialty Wholesalers while expanding the customer base.
- You'll be responsible for the Wholesale channel's full plan that aligns with MOJU's mission and consumer needs.
- You will lead unlocking and launching new distribution opportunities within key sub-channels.
Role Requirements
- You should have a background in FMCG and good understanding of the Wholesale/Catering landscape across the UK.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Wholesale/Catering sectors.
- Proficiency in developing win-win negotiations and JBPs with customers.
- Comfortable with numbers, highly competent in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The role:
Reporting to the Commercial Controller – Impulse & New Business, the role of ‘Senior Commercial Manager – Wholesale’ is to nurture and lead MOJU’s Wholesale & Contract Catering business through development of our existing customers (National & Specialty Wholesalers like Bidfood, Brakes, DDC, CLF, Stores and others) whilst growing the customer base served through our wholesalers. You will have full P&L and account management responsibility for the Wholesale channel, delivering a plan that is aligned to the MOJU mission and consumer occasions. You will lead unlocking and launching new distribution opportunities within the key sub-channels (Workplace Catering, Chains and Beacons) supported by the wider MOJU team.
Job requirements:
A background in FMCG and a strong understanding of the Wholesale/Catering landscape across the UK. Ideally hold 2+ years of relevant experience within the Wholesale/Catering sectors. Trained & Experienced at developing win:win negotiations and JBPs with customers. Analytical & comfortable with numbers, highly competent in Excel. A great communicator and able to demonstrate experience of leading cross-functional teams to support delivery of winning plans with your customers.
