Role Summary:
- Own and deliver data science solutions
- Improve claim triage, prioritizing, and resolution procedures
- Predictive model creation for automated decision-making or better human decisions
- Cooperate with engineers, product managers, and claim experts to incorporate your models into our internal systems
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and deploying ML models
- Understanding of risk decisioning performance evaluation
- Knowledge of A/B testing and measuring model impact
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- At least 2+ years of experience in a data science or a similar role

The role involves owning and delivering data science solutions that improve how we triage, prioritise and resolve claims with measurable impact on cost, speed and customer experience. You will be building and deploying predictive models that support automated decisions or enable better human ones. You will also be collaborating with engineers, product managers and claims experts to embed your models into our internal systems and tools.
Job requirements include experience building and deploying ML models that deliver measurable business results, understanding of how to evaluate performance within risk decisioning, familiarity with A/B testing and measuring model impact, proficiency in Python and SQL, and at least 2+ years of professional experience in data science or similar roles.
