Role brief: As the FEIE Content Creator your primary responsibility will be to create, review and edit content for the organisation which will be published on the organisation’s website and social media pages.

What will you be doing?

Specific Responsibilities: 

Originate content to build awareness of our brand, drive relevance to our customer audience and educate about FEIE’s mission and activities  Monitor feedback and reception and optimise accordingly Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with brand identity  Support the update of the website, social media and content pages Ensure that content is compliant with copyright and data protection laws Collaborate with the marketing team to decide brand taglines, logo and other promotional material  Collaborate with marketing department to define and report on business goals, owning specific social media objectives and reporting on ROI (Return On Investment) Represent social media segment within wider marketing team, consulting on brand taglines, logo and other promotional material

What are we looking for?

Knowledge/Qualifications 

A relevant degree Content creation and managing engagement Knowledge of analytical platforms is a plus, but not required

 Skills in 

Information Technology  Content creation (including filming and editing) Organisational & Planning Good oral and written communication  Assessment, planning, monitoring, reviewing and evaluation 

 Experience  

Content creator in prior roles creating engaging content Prior experience with metrics web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing  Proficiency with content management systems and analytic softwares
