As a Stories Marketing Officer, you will be a part of our marketing team. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of campaign managers and marketing delivery specialists to implement integrated campaigns across channels (B2B and B2C). Your role will involve delivery, reviewing and optimising campaigns. Specifically, you will identify, gather, develop and share great story content to support and strengthen our communications and campaigns. These stories from our community boost recruitment to our programmes, enable us to partner with new schools and showcase how we campaign to tackle educational inequality.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in an integrated campaign environment and in cross-functional teams, including external agencies and partners. You should be a skilled storyteller, with a track record in finding eye-catching stories and bringing them to life for different audiences. You should have worked on story campaigns that span different departments across an organisation, ensuring that the content you produce is promoted and utilised across different channels for different audiences. Excellent relationship building skills to secure buy-in for your projects are also essential.
