Teach First is a nonprofit focused on ensuring equal education opportunities for all children, irrespective of their background. Currently we are on the lookout for a Head of Regional Partnerships (South) to oversee and expand our partnerships with various schools and to deliver our programmes effectively.
Role Summary:
- Oversee all regional partnerships in assigned areas.
- Expand relationships with our schools across various programs.
- Manage partnerships to ensure efficient delivery of our educational programs.
- Strategize partnerships to meet the distinct requirements of our schools and students in your assigned region.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in leadership roles in the education or social sector with Ofsted.
- Capability to create firm organizational partnerships to reach common goals.
- Experience meeting targets and taking corrective actions when required.
- Proactive in addressing customer needs and use data insights to improve customer services and satisfaction.
- Ability to build and maintain impact-focused relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Significant experience in leading high performing teams and fostering excellence within them.

As a Head of Regional Partnerships (South), you will oversee all Teach First's partnerships and growth in the regions for which you are responsible. This includes growing our partnerships with schools for all our programmes, as well as managing our partnerships to ensure successful delivery of our programmes delivered via Delivery Partners. You will drive our approach to partnerships in your region to reflect the local context and needs of our schools and pupils.
We are looking for someone with direct experience of working in the education and/or social sector in leadership roles, including with Ofsted. You should be able to establish strong organisational partnerships to achieve shared goals, and work effectively across boundaries, directorates and teams. Experience of creating and delivering on plans to achieve targets and identifying course correcting actions is essential. You should be able to proactively meet the needs of customers and use data and other insights to improve customer service and satisfaction. You should be able to form and maintain impact focused professional relationships across teams, internal and external stakeholders. Significant experience in building high performing teams in and creating a culture of excellence to enable successful achievement of our targets and plans is also required.
