What will you be doing?

Our trustees play a vital role in making sure that 4Youth achieves its core purpose. They oversee the overall management and administration of the charity. They also ensure that 4Youth has a clear strategy and that our work and goals are in line with our vision. Just as importantly, they support and challenge the executive team to enable 4Youth to grow and thrive, and through this, to support and challenge young people to become the best they can be. Our vision is that all young people grow up healthy, able to navigate a fulfilling career and make a positive contribution in their communities. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from all backgrounds who share our commitment to youth development. You don’t need previous board experience—we welcome new voices and will support you in your role. We are particularly keen to hear from people with experience in finance or charity accounting.
