What will you be doing?

Plans promotional strategies for the film to maximize visibility and impact. Manages the organization's social media platforms, working proactively to increase brand awareness and engagement.

What are we looking for?

For the Distribution Coordinator role at Filming for Humanity, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in film distribution, including festival and award strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for distribution, and coordinating with festivals and awards to enhance the film's reach and recognition. The Distribution Coordinator will leverage skills in campaigning, marketing strategy, business development, and sales to advance Filming for Humanity's mission. Additionally, they will provide advice, advocacy, and support to filmmakers and contribute to making Filming for Humanity a prominent platform for impactful storytelling. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
