Role Summary

  • Drive sales and increase our presence in the modern trade channel.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key retail clients.
  • Develop strategic plans to boost growth in sales, distribution, and market share.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and commercial terms for win-win outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to implement joint strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to optimize results.
  • Contribute actively to the global Retail strategy.

Role Requirements

  • Passion for making a positive impact through work.
  • Five or more years of experience managing key accounts within the Food sector in Spain.
  • Understanding of the modern trade channel and its dynamics.
  • An analytical and results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative spirit and a good vibes attitude.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing would be a bonus.
  • High level of English proficiency would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of plant-based food trends and ability to proactively identify market opportunities.

What challenge awaits you?

As a Retail Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind boosting our sales and presence in the modern trade channel (supermarkets, hypermarkets, large retailers).

In your day-to-day, you will:


  • Build and strengthen relationships with our key retail clients.


  • Develop strategic plans to drive growth in sales, distribution, and market share.


  • Identify new business opportunities, launch new products, and expand our visibility at the point of sale.


  • Negotiate agreements, promotions, and commercial terms aiming for win-win outcomes.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Category Management, Operations) to implement joint strategies.


  • Analyze sales data and trends to anticipate needs and optimize results.


  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of our global Retail strategy alongside the Head of Retail.


✨ What are we looking for?

Must-haves:


  • Passion for making a positive impact in the world through your work.


  • 5+ years of experience managing key accounts within the Food sector in Spain.


  • Strong understanding of the modern trade channel and its dynamics.


  • Analytical and results-driven mindset, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.


  • Collaborative spirit and a positive "Good Vibes" attitude. 😉


Nice-to-haves:


  • Experience in Trade Marketing.


  • High level of English proficiency.

Como Retail Key Account Manager, serás el motor que impulse nuestras ventas y presencia en el canal modern trade (supermercados, hipermercados y grandes cadenas de retail).

En tu día a día:


  • Construirás y fortalecerás relaciones con nuestros principales clientes retail.


  • Desarrollarás planes estratégicos para impulsar el crecimiento en ventas, distribución y cuota de mercado.


  • Identificarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio, lanzamientos de productos y expansión de visibilidad en el punto de venta.


  • Negociarás acuerdos, promociones y condiciones comerciales buscando siempre soluciones ganar-ganar.


  • Colaborarás con los equipos internos (Marketing, Category Management, Operaciones) para implementar estrategias conjuntas.


  • Analizarás datos de ventas y tendencias para anticiparte a las necesidades y optimizar los resultados.


  • Contribuirás activamente al desarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia global de Retail junto al Head of Retail.


✨ ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Requisitos indispensables:


  • Pasión por generar un impacto positivo en el mundo a través de tu trabajo.


  • Más de 5 años de experiencia gestionando cuentas clave en el sector de Alimentación en España.


  • Sólido conocimiento del canal modern trade y sus dinámicas.


  • Mentalidad analítica, orientada a resultados, con habilidades de negociación e influencia.


  • Espíritu colaborativo y actitud positiva ("Good Vibes" siempre 😉).


Será un plus si además tienes:


  • Experiencia en Trade Marketing.


  • Nivel alto de inglés.


  • Conocimiento de las tendencias en alimentación plant-based.


  • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mercado de manera proactiva.
