Role Summary
- Partner with our CEO and leadership team
- Set the financial strategy and drive operational excellence
- Ensure legal and regulatory resilience as we expand across UK, Europe and the US
- Take ownership of the numbers, systems, levers, and decisions that shape our trajectory
Role Requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies and/or a top-tier professional services firm
- Experience working with international, multi-entity companies across the US, UK, and Europe
- Deeply analytical with a proven ability to build and maintain models, forecasts, and reporting frameworks

As the Head of Finance & Operations, you will partner with our CEO and leadership team. You’ll be central to how we build and scale Humaans, setting the financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring legal and regulatory resilience as we grow across UK, Europe and the US. You’ll take ownership of the numbers, but also the systems, levers, and decisions that shape our trajectory.
Job requirements include experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies (likely Series A–D stage) and/or in a top-tier professional services firm (e.g. Big Four or equivalent); You have experience working with international, multi-entity companies across the US, UK, and Europe; Deeply analytical with a proven ability to build and maintain models, forecasts, and reporting frameworks.

This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
