Role Summary
- Leading and optimizing production, supply chain, and design engineering efforts.
- Overseeing all physical product creation - spanning product design, manufacturing, production, fulfilment and supply chain.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years in senior operational leadership roles.
- Experience managing multi-department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Proven scaling operations in high-growth environments, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors.
- Medical device regulations, quality management systems, and compliance frameworks knowledge.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in international multicultural environments.

The role entails leading and optimising our production, supply chain and design engineering efforts. This role will oversee all physical product creation efforts, and will span across product design, mechanical manufacturing, production, fulfilment and supply chain.
Job requirements include 5+ years in senior operational leadership roles, with experience managing multiple department heads and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors. Experience with medical device regulations, quality management systems (ISO13485, GMP), and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities with experience in budget management and cost optimisation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in international, multicultural environments.
