Role Summary

  • Charity/fundraising experience is desirable

The GOOD Agency are looking to hire a Senior Account Director / Junior Business Director for a one year fixed term contract, with the potential to make permanent afterwards. The right person will be leading the strategic direction within accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and in line with the outlined strategy. Whilst driving the development and growth of accounts. This person will be managing senior client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and will be responsible for developing, mentoring and retaining a high-performing team of Account Managers and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities include Client Services, Business Development, Financial Management, and Team Management. The successful candidate will have skills in Team management, Client leadership, Relationship building, Communication, Teamwork, Business development, Project management/ time management, Problem solving. Experience in Integrated (including both on and offline) Account leadership and development is required. Experience in Charity / Fundraising is desirable.
