Role Summary

Role Requirements
- At least 4 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting.
- Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-growth environment.
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with spreadsheets, including complex functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English and ability to work in rural environments.

About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience.
The Role As the Tupande Market Access Associate, you will work with the Kenya Market Access team to lead innovation, growth and continuous improvement across markets to maximize impact for smallholder farmers and value for Tupande. You will lead a section of the Market Access team directly managing 2-3 staff members, and reporting to the Market Access Manager. This is a remote position based in Nairobi, Kenya with field travel required.
Job Requirements 4+ years of working experience with 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience. A background in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization, and a propensity for innovation. Experience working in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment. Experience building and maintaining simple to complex spreadsheets (can perform complex functions). A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement for this role. Fluency in English with an ability to work in rural environments.
