Role Summary
- Support the Product Management, Design, and Tech teams in their ways of working
- Develop and maintain portfolio reporting
- Drive alignment, goal setting, and delivery support
- Optimise tooling for transparency and usability
- Document and maintain SOPs
- Support continuous improvement across product development processes
Role Requirements
- Experience in product operations, project management, business operations, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency with modern workplace tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Legal right to work in the UK

You will play a key role in supporting the Product Management, Design, and Tech teams in optimizing their ways of working. You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting across the portfolio, driving alignment, goal setting, and delivery support, optimising tooling for transparency and usability, documenting and maintaining SOPs and playbooks, and supporting continuous improvement across product development processes.
We think the role would be great for somebody who has a couple of years experience in product operations, project management, business operations, or a related field. We'd also like you to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a passion for data-driven decision-making, proficiency with modern workplace tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
