Role Summary

We are looking for a Market Access Partner to join the Infectious Disease Strategic Programme (IDSP). IDSP is a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering Wellcome’s strategy to address the global health challenge of infectious disease. Our ambitious goal is to accelerate the discovery and development of new drugs, vaccines and interventions through to transforming the lives of people suffering from or at risk of infectious disease.
As a Market Access Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that groundbreaking health products, such as new vaccines and therapeutics developed within our Infectious Disease programme, can successfully reach the people who need them most. You will develop and deliver robust Market Access strategies for products under development, providing technical leadership and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align financing, manufacturing, supply, uptake and policy pathways for impactful product implementation.
We’re looking for someone with broad experience in Market Access, ideally within the context of infectious diseases, who understands the full journey of bringing global health products, through development to uptake and implementation. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, strong technical skills, and an ability to navigate complexity across public and private sector partnerships.
