The role

Job requirements
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or similar field.
- At least one year's experience in business development, marketing, sales or customer acquisition.
- Fluency in English, Luganda and basic knowledge of other local languages.
- Familiarity with using mobile apps and smartphones for communication and reporting.

The role: The main objective of this role is to increase customer orders and App downloads. To expand our SafeBoda bike service throughout Kampala, we are looking for motivated sales agents that work on a commission basis. You will promote and sell our App's boda services to potential customers. Key responsibilities include customer acquisition, customer resurrection (reactivation), and data collection of people approached and feedback.
Job requirements: Preferably, you have a business, marketing, or similar Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of one year of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer acquisition, or related roles. You should have demonstrable ability to find prospects, make offers, and close sales. You must be fluent in both English, Luganda, and any other local language is an added advantage. You should be at ease using mobile apps and smartphones for communication and reporting.
